The search process is in full swing. We've assembled a strong group of potential investor partners, and have already looked at hundreds of potential acquisitions, going in-depth on about 15 companies to date. We pursued very serious discussions with two companies, but ultimately did not move forward. After a relatively slow period December through January, we are expecting the pace of listings to pick up again.
